I called Rooter Man to come and repair a toilet backup. The plumber they sent out was knowledgeable and fast. He flushed the line and everything worked fine.

A few months later, I hired Rooter Man to replumb my entire house due to old and broken pipes. They finished the job quickly with little inconvenience to me while I lived in the house and for a very reasonable price.

Called about clearing a drain about 8AM – technician arrived shortly after 9AM. Identified the problem, indicated he would go into the system from under bathroom sink. He explained what was needed and the price, we cleared the area, he went in w/ the snake, cleared the line, cleaned & deodorized the work area, presented the bill. We paid – he left. Pleasant experience, great technician, problem solved. Service was a bit pricy but that’s the way everything is these days.

The bath tub had been slow to drain and was now virtually stopped. I called Rooter Man at 10:30, they had someone at my house within 20 minutes. The drain was unclogged and he was gone within 20 more minutes.
