Called about clearing a drain about 8AM – technician arrived shortly after 9AM. Identified the problem, indicated he would go into the system from under bathroom sink. He explained what was needed and the price, we cleared the area, he went in w/ the snake, cleared the line, cleaned & deodorized the work area, presented the bill. We paid – he left. Pleasant experience, great technician, problem solved. Service was a bit pricy but that’s the way everything is these days.
