Water Alarms

DID YOU KNOW?

In the year 2000, State Farm Insurance alone, received more than 7,500 water damage claims just from busted washing machine hoses, over $150 million in property damage!

The fact is more homes are damaged by water than by fire! Every year billions of dollars are spent repairing damage from leaky pipes, sewer backups and flooding!

The good news is that most of these problems can be prevented, easily and inexpensively, with THE WATER ALARM! It is a PHCC “Industry Exclusive” available only to our customer from Rooter Man Sewer & Drain Cleaning Specialists.

This alarm will give you the peace of mind that you deserve. It will also save you time and money spent on needless cleanup and repair. For a small investment you can have peace of mind that your home will be safe from water damage.

When moisture comes in contact with the sensors in any two of its legs, that alarm goes off within 3 seconds. The water alarm will detect standing or running water, condensation, or moisture in carpeting or any other type of flooring. The alarm will then continue to chirp for approximately 72 hours. (If you have ever heard a smoke alarm go off you know what this sounds like) The loudness of this alarm meets or exceeds all current standards.

We suggest areas near or under washing machines, dishwashers, sinks, tubs, a/c units, etc. Keep in mind that mold from undetected moisture can pose a health threat.

Please call our office at 504-262-8222 for more information or to schedule one of our trained technicians to install a water alarm today.
